Fort Morgan's Nature Trails

All along Fort Morgan Road there are nature/hiking trails you can explore and see all the animals, plants and birds this area has to offer.

The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is where the Pine Beach Hiking Trail and Jeff Friend Trail are located. Visitors are allowed to wander off the trails to explore, however doing so may require boots or waders. Their website has a PDF version of the brochure about the Pine Beach Trail as well as other brochures about the refuge. http://www.fws.gov/bonsecour/

Be Sure NOT to leave Litter ! Many birds die when they become entangled in fishing lines, 6-pack rings and other trash, or when they mistake garbage for food.

Be mindful of Alabama's List for Threatened and Endangered Species

Fort Morgan Road is in Gulf Shores, Alabama 36542 USA
